Orders placed by 3:30 will be delivered in 1-2 business days, unless item is on back order from the manufacturer. Delivery is free for orders of $50 or more that can ship UPS. If order is less than $50, a $7.95 delivery fee will be added to your order. All orders that are not able to be shipped UPS will be charged actual freight charges. Furniture deliveries will be scheduled through our furniture department, once the furniture has arrived from the manufacturer. All special order items can take 1 - 8 weeks depending on the item.

Business Essentials strives to provide competitive prices and give our best price at the time of ordering. The prices listed in our catalogs are subject to change due to manufacturer and wholesaler price changes. To verify your most current price check prices via our internet site or call customer service.

Damages, discrepancies and defective merchandise

Items will be replaced at no charge if reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours the manufacturer must authorize warranty replacements. We can assist you in providing manufacturer phone numbers and/or website information.

Return authorization

In order to receive full credit, a Return Authorization must be requested within 10 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Packaging must not be torn, cut open or written on, or it will not be returnable. Some items, including special orders, food items, and dated goods are non-returnable. In order to receive full credit for return of electronic equipment, merchandise must be unused, in original packaging with all original manuals and/or warranty information. Please contact customer service for details.

Furniture returns

Furniture orders may be returned within 10 days of the invoice date. All furniture must be in the original undamaged packaging. If the packaging is torn open, cut open, written on or damaged, it may not be returned. Furniture requiring assembly may not be returned once it has been assembled. Furniture ordered from the factory can not be returned or cancelled once the order has been placed.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit charges to your account are due and payable at the end of the month in which the credit transaction occurred. A LATE PAYMENT CHARGE OF 1½ % per month will be charged on all amounts not paid within thirty (30) days after the underlying transaction occurred.
